Rasta Imposta is all about FUN and we strive to make your experience with us simple and satisfying.
FIRST: Within 7 days of receiving your order log onto our website and complete a Return Authorization Request form. You will find the link to the form on your order confirmation. You’ll receive an email confirmation. Print and complete the form and include it in your return package.
We only accept returns for items which are new, unworn and in its original packaging with all accessories. No partial returns or partial refunds will be provided.
NEXT - Your Return Authorization is valid for 30 days from your order date.

We recommend you ship the package with a carrier that provides tracking information in order to ensure your package has arrived at our customer service team. Upon receipt and verification that your return is complete, and in new/unworn condition, we will issue refund to your original form of payment. Your original and/or return shipping fees are non-refundable. In all cases we reserve the right to assess a 15% restocking fee. Please allow up to an average of 10 business days for the transaction to appear on your card.
Exchanges:
If you would like an exchange, we highly recommend you return your item and place a new order through our website to ensure availability.
